💰 How Pay is Calculated

Your pay is determined by the total square footage of the home and the services provided for that job.
 

1. All video services include photos – If a client orders a listing video, they will receive both video footage and photos. Similarly, aerial videos always include aerial photos.
    

2. To determine your total pay, simply add the rates for each service you are providing based on the home's square footage.
    

📌 Example Calculation:

A Senior Photographer is hired for a 2,300 sq ft home where the client orders:

• Photos → $75

• Aerial Photos → $40

• 360-Tour → $30

• Total Pay: $75 + $40 + $30 = $155
   

The same method applies to all jobs—just find the correct square footage tier for each service, add them up, and that’s your total payout!
